If you’re like most of us, you have only so much time and have to cut corners somewhere. If one of those areas is taking the time to eat right, you need to know more about this. Superfoods come from nature, not manufactured from inorganic chemicals or bio-engineered using gene splicing or other nanotechnologies.
They are called ’super’ because they are super-dense with nutrition. That means you get a lot of bang for your buck. Relatively low in calories for what you’re eating and you don’t have to eat a lot of bulk. As an example, I could do no better than show you this, a brief introduction to a juice that we drink every day. It has a lot more of the good things than some other juices I could name but won’t (like one that start with the letter ‘M’ that you used to hear a lot about). Amazing stuff – gives you lasting energy, helps eyesight, has a low glycemic index (safe for diabetics) and won’t give you a ’sugar rush’, loaded with minerals, especially electrolytes like potassium, phosphorus and calcium.
Check it out…
