7 things you can do to prevent yeast infections (from getting worse)

While it’s been my experience that you will not usually correct your yeast infections by simple preventative actions, all of the following are good lifestyle changes you will benefit from as you will slow its growth.  And these actions will help keep the condition from returning once you have fixed it using my recommended solution

  • avoid dairy products (with one exception – see below)
  • avoid refined carbs: sugar (and fruit juice, till you’re clear), white flour and alcohol
  • avoid antibiotic drugs, even topicals, if possible
  • eat lots of fresh vegetables, especially greens like salads and cucumbers
  • eat immune-boosting foods and herbs like garlic and echinacea
  • drink plenty of fresh water (alkaline ionized water is even better)
  • exercise (sweat those toxins out, plus it helps reduce your stress hormones)

My dairy recommendation means that yes, you’d even be better off without that ‘probiotic’ yogurt.  A detailed explanation of why is in my free Candida Fix report.  Soon I will talk about my forthcoming Leaky Gut Syndrome Fix eBook where I tell you what one dairy product I’m OK with – because it does so much good that it’s worth a little added acidity.  Stay tuned!
