<p>This idea came from the blog of a chiropractor I met here in Long Beach, Dr. Michael Day.  He has a very good blog <a title="DayWellness.com - Dr. Michael Day's blog" href="http://www.daywellness.com/" target="_blank">DayWellness.com</a>  It reminded me that breathing is such an easy but essential way to reduce stress and reconnect with ourselves.  Be good to yourself.  Take a few minutes to not only watch this but to try it and then try incorporating the yoga practices demonstrated here (and in the companion videos you&#8217;ll find if you click on the control panel icon in the lower right corner).  Here&#8217;s the video:</p>
